Vandaag is het minder warm, nog 26 graden in Zeeland. Gisteren was het niet te doen met minimaal 36 graden.

De steltkluut kuikens zijn inmiddels wat groter maar ik loop achter met mijn foto's.
Steltkluut en eieren - Himantopus himantopus, de dag voor er kuikens geboren werden.
Grote bonte specht - Dendrocopos major
Ik had uitgerekend dat de steltkluutkuikens 25 mei, tweede pinksterdag geboren zouden worden.
En ja hoor ik ging die dag weer kijken en ik zag 2 kuikentjes en 2 eieren. De andere 2 waren nog niet uit het ei.

Boa tarde minha querida amiga Caroline. Tenho acompanhado na televisão, que tem feito muito calor na Europa. Beba bastante água. Uma excelente tarde de sábado na Holanda, bom final de semana e um grande abraço do seu amigo carioca.

It's been a long time since I have seen Spoonbill's but the Great Spotted Woodpecker I see every day. I really enjoyed your sharp moon shot too.
